John graduated from Babson College in 1993 and immediately began his career in IT staffing as a technical recruiter. He quickly moved up the ranks until he was Executive Vice President of the West Coast for one of the world’s largest staffing firms. He launched Zeektek in 2016 and hasn’t looked back since.
Who or what inspires you in your career?
Seeing people accomplish personal goals all while growing in their careers at Zeektek.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
Skiing with the family.
If you were a type of dog, what would you be?
An English Yellow Lab because they rock! Loyal, fun and loveable.
CARMEN MARSH
CIO
Carmen graduated from the University of Gothenburg and began her career in information technology. She is an avid supporter of women in tech and finds purpose in everything she does. As our CIO, Carmen's extensive expertise will be put to good use leading and advising our information technology department.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
Riding motorcycles with my sons and husband, cooking with my sons or reading books on the beach in Lake Tahoe.
Do you live by any words of wisdom?
Yes, in a couple of ways: Practicing gratitude by taking time to appreciate the good things in life and express gratitude for them. This helps cultivate a positive mindset and improve overall well-being. And I choose where I put my attention. Not everything is equally meaningful.
If you were a dog, what type of dog would you be and why?
I would be our dog, Tara. She is a mix of an Australian Shepherd and Border Collier. She is the kindest, loving, smart and loyal dog who protects her family with all her might. She is also very playful, patient, happy and never barks.
CHAD DAUGHERTY

Chad graduated from Fort Lewis College and began his career in staffing in the early 2000’s. He acted as area manager for one of the world’s largest staffing firms until co-founding Zeektek in 2016.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
Rafting on the river with the family.
Ideally, how would you spend your birthday?
Ice climbing in Colorado.
If you were a type of dog, what would you be?
A wolf.

As Zeektek’s namesake, Zeke yields great responsibility. His loyalty, curiosity, and playful nature are cornerstones to how we do business. While he may not know how to recruit, he sure knows how to stick by your side through all of life’s (and business’s) twists and turns.
What's the most unusual place you've fallen asleep?
Middle of driveway (it’s sunny).
What's your go-to midnight snack?
Apple slices (or anything).
If you were a dog, what type of dog would you be and why?
Am best kind of dog already! English Lab.

Ron graduated from Bentley University and has over 20 years of experience managing back-office support departments. He joined Zeektek during its inception in 2016.
What's your go-to midnight snack?
Anything chocolate.

For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.

Golden Retriever. They are nice and get along with everyone.

Lianne graduated from Merrimack College and has spent the majority of her career in operations and human resources. She joined Zeektek in 2016 and has over 15 years of experience within the recruiting industry.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
Strolling through home stores with a Diet Coke in hand, looking for finds, and realizing what I’m buying is on sale when I get to the register.

Build Me Up Buttercup or You Can’t Stop the Beat from Hairspray.
