Ron has over 20 years of experience managing key back office support departments including: tax, internal audit, risk management, benefits, legal, human resources, IT, accounting, treasury, accounts payable, internal payroll, procurement, M&A, real estate and credit and collections. Ron began his career as a practicing Certified Public Accountant. He then moved into private industry and worked his way up to the position of CFO for the US division of the world’s second largest staffing company.
As CFO, Ron played a leading role in the acquisition and integration of nine companies and the sale of three companies. Since then he has also played key roles in the sale of two companies. Ron earned a Bachelor of Science, Accountancy degree and a Master of Science, Taxation degree from Bentley University.
